PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve training efficiency by changing an interval between both of the grips of a training machine following the width of the shoulders and the exercise posture of a training person. SOLUTION: At the left side frame 37 of the weight frame 31 of the training machine 30, an operation arm 39 to which the load of the selected number of weight blocks 44 is transmitted is turnably fixed. At the distal end of the operation arm 39, a pair of right and left grips 42 which the training person grips are erected. At the lower ends of the respective grips 42, annular parts 61 are formed integrally. The respective annular parts 61 are slidably inserted between a pair of collars 62 fixed to the operation arm 39.
