PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guiding tool where a protrusion can be formed firmly and easily on a bone-facing surface without regard to the material of a guiding part. SOLUTION: The guiding tool 10 is provided with the guiding part 11 provided with the bone-facing surface 11a which has to be made to face a bone and having a guide structure 11b guiding a member to be guided to be applied to the bone. The bone-facing surface 11a is provided with a recessed hole 11c. The guide part 11 has: a protrusion member 14 fitted to the recessed hole 11c so that its distal end 14a may project from the bone-facing surface 11a; and an internal member 15 arranged inside of the guide part 11 along the bone-facing surface 11a.
