PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nose hair cutter which dispenses with care and cleaning inside a nose hole after use by preventing waste hair from scattering from a slit outer blade to the outside. SOLUTION: An inner blade 23 is supported by an inner blade frame 22 so as to be moved to appear and disappear and is rotationally driven together with the inner blade frame 22. Also, by providing the inner blade frame 22 with a waste hair scattering preventing wall 26 opposing the inner blade 23 at the almost same height position at the front part of the rotating direction R of the inner blade 23, the waste hair (a) cut by the inner blade 23 immediately collides with the scattering preventing wall 26 and falls down inside the slit outer blade 21, and thus it is prevented from scattering from the slit groove 21b of the slit outer blade 21 to the outside.
