PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily prepare a reel game program to be loaded on a reel game machine in a short period of time. SOLUTION: A plurality of performance data units composed of the performance data of a unit period capable of constituting a reel game are prepared for each unit period, and a plurality of scenario units describing processing in the unit period capable of constituting the reel game are prepared for each unit period. Then, an operator is made to select and combine the scenario units to be applied to the reel game program to be prepared from the plurality of prepared scenario units. Also, when the scenario unit to be related to the performance data unit is selected, the operator is made to select the performance data unit to be applied to the reel game program from the plurality of prepared performance data units, and the reel game program is prepared.
