PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pachinko-slot machine which permits a game parlor to set and manage recipients of dispensed game mediums in accordance with the state of equipment of the game parlor to restrain a fraudulent act to dispense game mediums by a dispensation request signal which is fraudulently generated. SOLUTION: The rotary drum type game machine supporting CR reads negotiable value information of a negotiable value information storage medium (card) and performs a game by using the negotiable value information, and is provided with a dispensation recipient selector switch 43 to select either a receiving tray or a storage device 75 as the recipient of dispensed game mediums, namely whether to dispense by putting out game mediums to the receiving tray or by storing in the storage device 75 as electronic data when requested to dispense game mediums by the operation of a coin dispensation button 25.
