PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pinball game machine preventing the occurrence of an unexpected big win and favorably keeping a profit balance between a game parlor and a player. SOLUTION: This pinball game machine is provided with a large winning device 3 opening an inlet when a game ball enters an operation-start hole, starts to measure a valid period when a ball enters the operation-start hole, and produces a big win when the game ball passes a V win hole 35 (a specific area) inside a large winning device 3 during the valid period. The large winning device 3 is provided with a ball entering detecting switch 40 detecting the entering of a game ball in the device 3, an outlet 37 discharging the game ball from the large winning device 3, and a discharge guide device guiding the game ball inside the large winning device 3 to the outlet 37. When a ball newly enters the operation-start hole with the game ball left in the large winning device 3, this pinball game machine is so formed as to discharge the game ball from the outlet 37 by the discharge guide device before opening the large winning device 3 and starting to measure the valid period.
