[PROBLEMS] To solve a problem of the prior art that, despite the fact that, since the test temperature of a strength test in a sprinkler head is close to the melting temperature of a solder alloy used in a heat-sensitive decomposition part in a sprinkler head, the sprinkler head is required to have creep properties in a high temperature region where the sprinkler is operated, the sprinkler head made of an In-base alloy free from Pb and Cd is inferior in creep properties in a high temperature region where the sprinkler is operated, to the conventional sprinkler head using Pb or Cd and thus does not sometimes pass the durability test. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] Regarding an alloy for a heat-sensitive material for the sprinkler head, an alloy comprising 0.1 to 2.0% by mass of Sn and 31 to 37% by mass of Bi with the balance consisting of In in the case of a test temperature of about 70 to 75ºC and an alloy comprising Zn 0.05 to 0.4% by mass and Bi 43 to 55% by mass with the balance consisting of In in the case of a test temperature of about 90 to 95ºC, is used as the alloy for the heat-sensitive material in the heat sensitive decomposition part.
|
