A head-mounted magnifying glass for stereoscopic magnified observation of an object has first mirror optics (2) for the left eye and separate second mirror-optics for the right eye, in which the two mirror-optics systems has two curved mirrors (8,9) which 'fold' the beam-path of the mirror optics twice and provide an magnified view of the object.
