<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize suppression of display for forcing an unnecessary load on an operator or prevention of the start of a screen saver by a presence detection device, installed additionally to the existing terminal system and a control program thereof. <P>SOLUTION: A sensor device 2 uses a reflection type infrared sensor for sensing a human body using infrared rays and transmits the presence/absence of sensing of the operator 3 to a communication part of a terminal 1 as a signal. A control program 111 acquires sensing information from the communication part 12 and requests an OS and other software groups 11 in charge of exercise of functions of the display suppression or start of the screen saver to suppress the exercise, when the operator 3 is sensed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
