摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lithium ion secondary battery which has excellent flame resistance and exerts high power even when charge and discharge are repeatedly executed. <P>SOLUTION: This lithium ion secondary battery 1 includes: a positive electrode containing, as a positive electrode active material, an oxide containing lithium and a transition metal element or a polyanion-based compound; a negative electrode containing, as a negative electrode active material, a carbon material capable of storing/releasing lithium; and a nonaqueous electrolytic solution prepared by dissolving an electrolyte in a mixed solvent of an organic solvent and a room temperature molten salt. In the nonaqueous electrolytic solution, at least LiPF<SB>6</SB>and a salt of an anion compound represented by a following general formula (1) are used for the electrolyte. In the formula (1), M is a transition metal or a group III, IV or V element in the periodic table; and (b), (m), (n) and (q) are 1 to 3, 1 to 4, 0 to 8, and 0 or 1, respectively. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
