摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of adjusting a control parameter for a positioning controller capable of determining a high-accuracy optimum control parameter not including an estimation error or a calculation error. <P>SOLUTION: The method adjusts the control parameter for the positioning controller positioning a control target 3 to a target position, and includes steps: for changing the control parameter at a prescribed stepping width, and calculating an evaluation value showing responsiveness of the positioning controller every time the change is generated; for determining the optimum control parameter on the basis of each the evaluation value; and for setting the optimum control parameter to the positioning controller. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
