<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming a color filter which does not form a gap between respective dots having different colors, prevents light leakage from occurring when being used for a display element and is capable of improving visibility of the display element, and to provide a color filter substrate and manufacturing equipment of the color filter substrate. <P>SOLUTION: R, G, B colors of inks 7R, 7G, 7B are transferred according to a thermal transfer method, and a plurality of dots are formed by the inks 7R, 7G, 7B. When inks 7R, 7B, 7G constituting edge part side dots which are arranged adjacently to the dots of different colors among the respective dots are transferred, the inks 7R, 7B, 7G constituting edge part side dots are transferred at a higher temperature than the temperature at which the inks 7R, 7G, 7B constituting other dots are transferred and, thereafter, the color filter 3 is formed by the respective dots so that the edge side dots become larger than the other dots. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
