<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sphygmomanometer capable of continuously measuring a blood pressure value and stably pressurizing a part of a subject. <P>SOLUTION: The sphygmomanometer relating to this invention is for measuring the blood pressure value by clamping and pressurizing a part of an external ear, a pad for pressing the back side of the pinna is provided, the pad limits the movement of an arm holding a cuff, and the arm is stabilized. To put it concretely, the sphygmomanometer comprises: two cuffs facing each other for clamping and pressurizing a part of the subject; a first arm and a second arm shorter than the first arm for holding one cuff at one end and pressing the held cuff to a part of the subject; the pad for pressing another part of the subject different from the one part of the subject to one end of the first arm; and a pad holding part for holding the pad and connecting the pad and the other end of the first arm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
