<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high gloss double coloring ink composition wherein gloss is excellent, and color development of a pearl pigment is not influenced by a color of an outline, more particularly, influence by a color of an outline in double coloring ink is removed, whereby contrast between a color of a pearl pigment itself and a color of an outline is clearly distinguished to attain a remarkable high gloss double coloring effect. <P>SOLUTION: The high gloss double coloring ink composition comprises (1) a pearl pigment and a powdery metal pigment, (2) water, (3) a water soluble organic solvent comprising at least one of an alcohol, a glycol and a glycol ether, which contains a branched hydrophobic group, and (4) a water soluble dye.
