<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spout, a cap, and a fluid container that drains fluid well to prevent the fluid from remaining on the spout. <P>SOLUTION: The spout 2 for the fluid is equipped with a boss 20 which is a tube allowing the fluid to flow therethrough, and a gap forming member 30 which forms a gap 40 for passing the fluid therethrough between the member 30 and the boss 20. The gap is formed into an open curved shape in cross-section perpendicular to a flowing direction of the fluid. The spout 2 is contained in the container 70. The cap 1 fastened to the container 70, which is equipped with a cap body 10 having a face 14 formed with the spout at one end face of the cylindrical shape, and an overcap 50 which is connected to the cap body to be bendable and has a protrusion 55 engaged with the boss 20.
