PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dial switch for electronic apparatus or electric apparatus. SOLUTION: The dial switch for electronic apparatus or electric apparatus has a push-type on/off button, an operation dial, a contact switch, a translucent member, a light source, and a coupling arm. The coupling arm is made to penetrate through a circuit board by passing through the outside of the push-type on/off button, and is made to extend toward rotation axis line of the ring shaped operation dial in radial direction, and includes a rotation shaft part penetrating the circuit board again and extending along the rotation axis line at a tip end part thereof, a circular arc-shaped notched part formed on the circuit board, and a rotary switch.
