PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reproduction system for reproducing video and audio from an optical disk suitably. SOLUTION: In the reproduction system for reproducing a video title from the optical disk, a start address of a video object set for a menu and a start address of a video object set for a title are described in an information management table by the number of relative logical blocks from a head logical block of the video title set, a menu language code is described in a language unit search pointer, a program chain for a menu is reproduced by the coincidence of the menu language code with a language code inherent to a device, and a program chain program map is used to reproduce a program chain for a title.
