PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably detect a thief or a burglar breaking the glass sheet of a pane to attempt a break-in, and issue an alarm or notify a security company. SOLUTION: A conductive pattern 20 of predetermined shape is formed by a conductive thin film on a surface of a glass sheet 17 of a pane 15. A detector 21 is connected to a split position of the conductive pattern 20. If the glass sheet 17 is broken to break the conductive pattern 20, the detector 21 performs detection and transmits an anomaly detection signal to a repeater 44 by radio, which in turn transmits the anomaly detection signal to a central monitoring unit 54.
