PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitoring system and the like capable of unitarily managing monitoring information and effectively utilizing past monitoring information. SOLUTION: The remote monitoring system 1 is provided with a server 40 for analysis which analyzes the monitoring information transmitted from a plurality of terminals 60 to be monitored. The server 40 for the analysis is provided with a filtering function for taking out the information of an error operation or the like of the terminals 60 to be monitored and a priority setting function for identifying whether or not it is an emergency state.
