PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing system in which unevenness correction processing can be performed with a predetermined color as an object without using a test pattern. SOLUTION: The image processor 20 receives a color specified by a user and stores the color. Upon receiving an input image, the image processor 20 converts the color space of the input image and performs unevenness correction processing by using unevenness correction data stored in an unevenness correction data storage section 222 before outputting the corrected image. The image processor 20 receives image data from an image sensor 22 for reading in an image on a recording sheet. When the stored color is included in the input image, the image processor 20 regards an image portion including that color as an unevenness correction region. The image processor 20 detects the unevenness of the unevenness correction region, creates unevenness correction data for converting a pixel value to correct the unevenness of the region and updates the unevenness correction data storage section 222.
