PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for melting snow in a wide area, in which an antifreezing solution and an electric heat wire are used in combination. SOLUTION: A loop-like branch pipe 15 is connected to a trunk pipe 13 in which the antifreezing solution 19 is filled, and the electric heat wire 21 is arranged in the trunk pipe 13. A substantially rod-like heat storage body 23 is arranged in the branch pipe 15. A base part of the loop-like branch pipe 15 is connected to a connection port 27 vertically arranged in the trunk pipe 13. A stopper is mounted on the connection port 27 so that the thermal storage body 23 may not enter the trunk pipe 13 from the connection port 27. The connection port 27 and the stopper 29 are formed in a joint 25 connecting the trunk pipe to the other in series. Further, a far infrared ray wire mesh 33 emitting far infrared rays is arranged on the upper part or the lower part of the trunk pipe 13 or of the branch pipe 15. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
