<p>A boxing exercise device includes a post (2) which supports a target section and a protection cover (3) on the surface of the post (2). The target section includes an upper target section consisted of a head (4) and two arms (5), and a lower target section consisted of two ribs (6) and two legs (7). The post is supported on a weight balance box (1). The device further includes an assistant device which is composed of a base unit (15) and a control computer (13), sound apparatus (16,17,18,19) and display apparatus (14) located thereon.</p> |
