<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mount a door glass run between a door inner panel and a door outer panel without using members such as a channel member, a stopper member, etc. <P>SOLUTION: This door glass run 1 which is a door glass run mounting and fixing structure and furnished with a main body part 11 formed in a cross-section roughly glass shape, a pair of main seal lips 12, 13 extending in a state inclined toward a base bottom part 11a from a head end part of a pair of side wall parts 11b, 11c of the main body part 11 and a pair of mold parts 14, 15 formed in a state folded toward the outside from the head end part of a pair of the side wall part is inserted and fixed between flange parts 21, 31 of the door inner panel 2 and the door outer panel 3. A stopper 32 to support the base bottom part 11a of the door glass run is formed by cutting up at least either one of the flange parts 21, 31 toward the other flange part.
