EXHAUST GAS CLEANING CATALYST

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust gas cleaning catalyst enhancing durability under a high temperature environment and suppressing reduction of an activity of the catalyst.

SOLUTION: The exhaust gas cleaning catalyst is provided with a noble metal particle 2 having an average particle diameter of 1 nm to 10 nm; and a carrier 3 in which a surface of the noble metal particle 2 is covered with one kind of oxide or two kinds or more of composite oxides selected from ZrO2, TiO2and CeO2. An average thickness Y of the carrier 3 is 15 nm or less.
