<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a lost child condition based on relative situations of parents and children possessing wireless IC tags. <P>SOLUTION: A management server 30 is a reader ID and an installation location of the IC tag reader 20, where the tag IDs of a parent and a child is registered preliminarily. The IC tag reader 20 reads the tag IDs from wireless IC tag 10 to transmit to the management server 30 with the addition of the reader ID and time information. The management server 30 records received information. When one tag IDs of either parents' or the child's is recorded, it is distinguished whether another tag ID is read by the same IC tag reader 20 or not within a predetermined time difference, and if not read, the IC tag reader 20, in which the tag ID of the child has been read at the last, is extracted as a candidate for alarm notification, while transmitting the alarm notification to the extracting IC tag reader 20. The alarm notification added installation information on the extracting IC tag reader 20 is transmitted to a mobile terminal 40 of guardian, and finally the IC tag reader 20 receiving the alarm notification makes an announcement of lost child occurrence. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
