<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular head lamp of projector type in which the shape and the light intensity distribution formed by the irradiation light is made adjustable while the occurrence of the light distribution unevenness is suppressed to the minimum moreover without complicating the lighting fixture. <P>SOLUTION: In the vicinity of and in front of the circumferential part of a projection lens 16, additional lenses 22A, 22B to deflect and control the reflected light from a reflector 14 transmitted through the projection lens 16, are arranged. Thereby, part of the light irradiated to the front through the projection lens 16 is irradiated to the front through the additional lenses 22A, 22B, and by the light deflecting action thereof, the shape and the light intensity distribution can suitably be changed. The light distribution pattern is formed using the light transmitted through the projection lens 16 so that the light distribution unevenness hardly occurs. The reflector 14, etc. remain as they are for constitutions of ordinary vehicular head lamps of projector type, and do not have a complicated lighting fixture. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
