PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid-filled vibration isolator of a new structure, capable of achieving sufficient withstand load performance against input vibration without enlarging a device as a whole, obtaining a sufficient contact area of a rebound contact portion, having high reliability and exercising an effective stopper function. SOLUTION: A first mounting member 12 is constituted by assembling an inner shaft body 20 comprising a step portion 82 and a stopper member 22 comprising a contact portion 100 in a state of being kept into contact with each other at the step portion 82, the contact portion 100 formed on the first mounting member 12 is axially opposite to a contacted portion 76 formed on a cylindrical bracket 18 fixed to a second mounting member 14, and the contacting portion 100 and the contacted portion 76 are kept into contact with each other through a cushion rubber 106, thus a rebound stopper mechanism limiting relative displacement of the first mounting member 12 and the second mounting member 14 is constituted.
