PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a posting member mounting tool capable of effectively preventing unexpected handling such as demounting by mischief, on the other hand, to properly demount the posting member by a tool or the like when necessary. SOLUTION: This posting member mounting tool 10 is composed of a fixed member 20 fixed to a mounting face 40, and a decorative cap 30 covering the fixed member 20. The fixing member 20 is mounted through a mounting hole 2a, and provided with a shaft portion 22 on its end portion opposite to the mounting face 40. The decorative cap 30 comprises a hole portion 32 engaged with the shaft portion 22, and is mounted on the end portion of the fixed member 20 by engagement of the shaft portion 22 and the hole portion 32. A groove portion 34 is formed on an inner peripheral face 32a of the hole portion 32, and a projecting portion 24 engaged with the groove portion 34 is formed on an outer peripheral face 22a of the shaft portion 22. The projecting portion 24 is composed of a deformable material capable of being deformed in accordance with external force and recovered to a natural state from the deformation.
