PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To materialize high reliability and safety without receiving limitation of attitude/existence of gravity in a power generation system. SOLUTION: Radio isotope 11 is comprised of cobalt 60 as gamma ray source, the plurality of radio isotopes 11 are provided along a circumference direction. An outer shell part 12 is made to function as a heat generating body generating heat with receiving irradiated gamma ray, a heat transfer body transferring generated heat energy and an insulating body insulating irradiated gamma ray by surrounding an outer shell part 12 surrounding by the outer shell part 12 without gap and surrounding the outer shell part 12 by the heat insulating part 13. A Stirling engine 14 driven by heat energy of the radio isotope 11 is installed at a center part of the outer shell part 12 and a generator 15b is operationally connected by the Stirling engine 14.
