PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the power of a circuit and reduce noise generated in the circuit by dividing the circuit and allowing the divided circuits to independently operate in predetermined timing. SOLUTION: This apparatus has a plurality of domains 31 individually operating by dividing a signal processing circuit; virtual power source lines 41 each provided in each of the domains; and a control circuit 20 for controlling the domains, so that the domains are activated or non-activated by switching the virtual power source lines based on a control signal.
