PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a thermoplastic resin composition having slight metallic corrosion and excellent thermal conductivity. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic resin composition comprises 99-20 parts wt. of a thermoplastic resin (component A) and 1-80 parts wt. of graphite (component B) having≤0.15 g/cm<SP>3</SP>apparent density and pH 4-10 in a water layer when 5 g of graphite powder is dispersed into 100 g of water.
