PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a detergent that slightly whitens on the surface of a hard resin and has excellent detergency of various stains. SOLUTION: The detergent for a hard resin surface comprises an aliphatic alcohol alkylene oxide addition type nonionic surfactant (A), a bifunctional-hexafunctional polycarboxylic acid (B), one or more kinds of phosphorus-based compounds (C) selected from the group consisting of a phosphate, pyrophosphate, polyphosphate, phosphite and hypochlorite and hypophosphite and has≤1 wt.% content of an organic solvent based on the detergent weight.
