PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal like decorative sheet capable of being applied to various molded articles, withstanding sufficiently deep drawing and capable of imparting gloss having depth equal to that of a mirror surface like a metal plated product obtained by chromium plating. SOLUTION: The metal like decorative sheet comprises a metal holding film layer formed of an indium thin film consisting of indium particles formed at least to its one side, wherein the particle size of the metal particles consisting of indium formed to the surface of the metal holding film layer is 100-250 nm.
