Stent graft prosthesis comprises a sleeve (34) formed as a folding toroid and having a shape in the unfolded state which fits the shape of the aneurism. Preferred Features: The sleeve has a volume expansion corresponding to the volume of the aneurism. The sleeve has 1-5 times the size of the aneurism and is made from a non-elastic expanding material in the middle region of the toroid. The sleeve has an adhesive on its outer sides for adhering to the inner wall of the aneurism.
