A flat panel display and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve a yield and to reduce a manufacturing cost by minimizing the number of blocking layers requiring a specific film forming process. A flat panel display includes an insulation substrate(110), an organic light-emitting element(120), an internal stacked body(150), and an external stacked body(180). The organic light-emitting element(120) is formed on the insulation substrate(110). The internal stacked body(150) covers and shields the organic light-emitting element(120). The internal stacked body(150) has at least one organic layer and one inorganic layer which are alternatively stacked. The external stacked body(180) is spread to cover the internal stacked body(150), and includes at least two polymer films, and an adhesive layer which is a medium for a connection between the two polymer films. A thermal hardening film is generated on the external stacked body(180) through a thermal process on a border between the polymer film and an adhesive layer. |
