<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate low-cost manufacture of a collector composed of a porous material having a locally varying aperture ratio by fabricating the collector by bonding a plurality of members having different aperture ratios, to prevent the occurrence of flooding in a gas flow path in a fuel cell, and to enhance power generation efficiency, cooling capability, and output power of the fuel cell. <P>SOLUTION: The collector of a separator unit 12 is sandwiched between fuel cells each having an electrolyte layer sandwiched between a fuel electrode and an oxygen electrode. The collector comprises: a separator contact section contacting a plate-shaped separator main body 41 that shields a gas supplied to the fuel electrode and a gas supplied to the oxygen electrode from each other; an electrode contact section contacting the fuel electrode or the oxygen electrode; and a rib section connecting the separator contact section and the electrode contact section to each other.
