<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting member to be used for a compact and simple polishing apparatus in which, even if there are projections and depressions on a polishing plate, a workpiece to be polished and the polishing plate are hard to be damaged, and the polished surface is kept in good condition. <P>SOLUTION: The mounting member 40 of a workpiece to be polished is mounted to a polishing jig disposed on the polishing plate, and used for mounting the workpiece 3 to be polished on the polishing plate. The mounting member 40 is composed of a first mounting member which is mounted to the polishing jig through a rotating shaft, and adjusts the inclination in the right and left relative to the polishing surface by rotating the workpiece 3, and a second mounting member which is firmly fixed to the first mounting member, and has a function to bend the workpiece 3 relative to the polishing surface so that the central part is projected or the both end parts are projected. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
