<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a one-piece type spout having a weak part formed at a spouting part and capable of being broken, which part is prevented from being broken except the time when it is used and the weaken part can be broken by the hand easily. <P>SOLUTION: The spout comprises a top plate and a skirt, wherein a welding part being welded to a packaging material at the skirt, the spouting part comprising an annular side wall and a top plate formed at the top plate of the welding part and a rotatable U-shaped guard member jointed with a hinge to two parts of the top plates directly or via the base part as straddling the spouting part are formed by one piece molding and the annular breakable weaken part is formed at the annular side wall of the spouting part and a breakable bridging part connected to the guard member is formed at the top face. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
