<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an initial synchronization acquisition system capable of realizing initial synchronization acquisition unchanged from the case with using a plurality of codes for multiplex lines even when the same spread code is used for the multiplex lines. <P>SOLUTION: In a spread spectrum communication system wherein a plurality of lines are multiplexed to realize a high speed line, a first spread code A is assigned to one of the lines, second spread codes B whose phases are sequentially deviated with respect to the first spread code A being a pilot code by a prescribed phase δ are respectively assigned to each of the remaining lines. The initial synchronization acquisition processing at a receiver side detects a correlation value between a received signal and the spread code A, only determines the phase of the spread code A depending on a peak value of the correlation value and can automatically discriminate the phases of the spread codes B for the remaining lines, then the receiver side attains line multiplexing by merely using the two spread codes only and the initial synchronization acquisition processing is much facilitated at a high speed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
