<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clamper with a cutter which prevents a coil end 5b from being entangled or caught in a projection to enable continuous coiling operation upon manufacturing a micro winding component using a lead frame. <P>SOLUTION: The clamper 10 comprises a cylindrical holder 11 which has a through-hole 11a and is fixed to a board 9, a rod 12 capable of moving up and down through the through-hole 11a having a platelike large-diameter portion 12a on its lower end and a flange 12b on its upper end, a pusher 14 capable of moving up and down within a given range, a spring 15 which keeps pushing the pusher 14 downward, and a strong spring 16 which keeps pushing the rod 12 upward. A wire 5 is held between the pusher 14 and the large-diameter portion 12a. As the rod 12 moves up, the large-diameter portion 12a is engaged with an upper blade 11c on the lower end of the holder 11 to cut one end of the wire 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
