<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inspect a flat-panel display using a general-purpose imaging apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The number G of valid imaging pixels constituting a plurality of luminescent pixels 41 is calculated based on parameters A, B, E and F of array information. Valid imaging pixels as many as the number G of valid imaging pixels are specified from the higher order of color signal values. Thus, imaging pixels as many as a suitable number in view of a physical array of the plurality of luminescent pixels 41 on an OLED panel 40 can be specified as the valid imaging pixels. Therefore, if there is a clearance between actual luminescent pixels 41, a clearance by an invalid imaging pixel can be formed between maps of the luminescent pixels 41 constituted by the valid imaging pixels also in image data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
