<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a new gene that controls transcription by an easy method in order to express a large amount of a target protein gene. <P>SOLUTION: The new gene comprises any one of DNA genes of (A) a DNA composed of a specific base sequence, (B) a DNA composed of a base sequence in which one or several bases are deleted, substituted or added in the base sequence (A), (C) a DNA which is composed of the base sequence (B) and exhibits promoter activity of isovaleryl-CoA dehydrogenase gene, (D) a DNA which is composed of the base sequence (B) and exhibits promoter activity of carrying out induction and suppression of transcription according to kind of an existing carbon source, (E) a DNA which is composed of the base sequence (B) and hybridized with the DNA (A) in a stringent condition and (F) a DNA which is composed of the base sequence (B) and has ≥90% homology to the DNA (A). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
