<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless communication tag allowing elongation of a communication distance between the wireless communication tag and a reader/writer by performing power supply to the wireless tag from a commercial power source. <P>SOLUTION: A command signal from the reader/writer is received by an antenna 1, and is demodulated in a demodulation circuit 2. A control circuit 3 reads identification information of its own station from a memory 4 on the basis of the demodulated command signal, and generates a response signal including the identification information. A modulation circuit 5 modulates the generated response signal, generates a response RF signal wherein the response signal is superimposed, and transmits it from the antenna 1. Commercial AC power is obtained from a plug 7 inserted in a commercial power outlet, and is DC-converted by a power circuit 8 to be supplied to the modulation circuit 5. The modulation circuit 5 generates the response RF signal having necessary transmission power from the DC power from the power circuit 8 and transmits it. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
