<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decentralized power unit which is efficient, small in part count, low in cost, and easy in downsizing, relating to the decentralized power unit which largely outputs a low-voltage large current. <P>SOLUTION: An insulated converter is connected to a first stage on an input side, and sections between the insulated converter and a plurality of loads are constituted of non-insulated converters on a second stage.
