<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow crime prevention management even during power interruption when connecting a building opening/closing device comprising a door for opening/closing an opening and a shutter curtain for opening/closing the outside of the door to a network system. <P>SOLUTION: At normal conductive state, a shutter proximity switch (shutter total closing sensing switch) 13 for sensing total closing of a shutter curtain 11a and a door proximity switch (door total closing sensing switch) 14 for sensing total closing of a door 12, can be connected to a shutter normal time starting circuit 13c connected to an opening/closing control part 11e and a door normal time starting circuit 14c. While power interruption, the door proximity switch 14 can be switched to be connected to a circuit 5c which is started during power interruption and connected to an interface 5a on a home network system 1 side.
