<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light take-out film used for improving light take out efficiency of an electroluminescent element, hardly inducing fine crack and exfoliation on a transparent electrode, and to provide an electroluminescent element having high light take-out efficiency with little dark spot and shortening of life. <P>SOLUTION: The light take-out film composed of a single layer film or a lamination film of not less than two layers is used for the electroluminescent element. At least one layer out of the layers constituting the light take-out film has light dispersing function, and hardness of the light take-out film measured by nano-indentation method is 0.05 to 20 GPa. The electroluminescent element is formed by laminating a translucent element 4, the above light take-out films 5A, 5B, a first electrode layer 3, an electroluminescent layer 2, and a second electrode layer 1 in this sequence. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
