PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible copper clad sheet excellent in the adhesive strength of a polyimide resin and a copper foil, having good soldering heat resistance and capable of holding flexibility even if curing is excessively advanced. SOLUTION: The flexible copper clad sheet is constituted by laminating a base film and the copper foil through an adhesive layer (III) formed from an adhesive composition (I) containing a polyurethane polyurea resin (A) with an acid value of 3-25 mg KOH/g, which is obtained by reacting a polyamino compound (a) with a urethane polymer (d) having an isocyanate group obtained by reacting a polyol compound (a), an organic diisocyanate (b) and a diol compound (c) having a carboxylic group, and an epoxy resin (B).
