PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a magnet generator which can efficiently perform heat radiation and ventilation within a flywheel during rotation to prolong the commercial life and enhance reliability of the insulating coating of a power generation coil, and can prevent the deterioration of generation efficiency. SOLUTION: A plurality of projections 6 projecting inward are provided on the bottom surface 1B of the flywheel 1 having a peripheral wall 1A and the bottom surface 1B sealing one end side of the peripheral wall 1A. The projections 6 are provided with a cross-sectional varying part 6A in the peripheral direction of the flywheel for efficiently stirring the gas within the flywheel by generating turbulence at the rotation of the flywheel 1.
