PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric power distribution component in which stress occurring between a substrate and a bus bar can be relaxed or suppressed, and to provide an electric device comprising it. SOLUTION: The electric power distribution component comprises a bus bar 31 contained in a containing section between the walls of a bus bar housing 33 and becoming the electric power distribution joint of a motor 9, a substrate 21 mounting the switching element 23 of an inverter and a connection pad 25 located to overlap the containing section between the walls, and a leaf spring 71 for conducting the connection pad and the bus bar and relaxing stress occurring between them.
