PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positioning system that improves positioning accuracy. SOLUTION: By kinematically positioning each satellite signal receivers 211 - 21n of a reference station system 2 using observation data of a positioning satellite that is transmitted from a user system 3, a user antenna position is determined. By transmitting positioning satellite data observed by the reference station system 2 from the reference station system 2 to the user system 3, the user system 3 itself performs kinematic positioning independently. The kinematic positioning position of the user system 3 is calculated by individually and independently solving ambiguity. The positioning result of the user system 3 is transmitted to the reference station system 2. A plurality of user antenna position results determined by the system 2 is compared with the antenna position result transmitted from the user system 3, and then validity of the user positioning results is confirmed.
